Follow the below steps to download telegram files faster,
1. First, search this bot Files Web Server in your telegram app and start this bot.
2. Now, forward your files to this bot and you will get download link with in a seconds.

3. Second long press and copy the link received from bot and open IDM app,

4. In IDM app you will see (+) add link option click that, and paste the copied link.
